To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial number, phone number, email ID, etc., on your public post.

 

- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click here for information on how to find the model number/product number).

- When was the last time it was working fine?

- Were there any changes made to your Laptop recently?

Last Time it worked fine: 11. 10.24

First Time it didn't work: 20.10.24 (in between the Laptop was not used)

Thank you for sharing the above information.

 

Please follow the steps below to perform an extensive system test to confirm if the hardware is working fine.

 

1) Shut down the computer.

2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.  

3) Press F2 once.  

4) Go to the system test > extensive test

 

If the hardware is working fine. Kindly refer to the steps on this link to further troubleshoot.

 

If the issue still persists, refer to the steps on this link to perform a recovery and let me know if that resolves the issue. (Take a backup of the data before performing a recovery)
