Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

so i bought from a freinds freind and he gave me the info needed to get in well i never got around to doing so then lost the info needed to get in and also lost contact with the person that sold me it so long story short cant get in to a laptop that i paid quite hansomely for please help

We are not permitted to assist in resetting passwords due to HP Policy.
