i bought the HP laptop from HP showroom. ( HP IT world phenix mall, bangalore) on Feb 2019, but the born on date is Oct 2018, they selled a used product. That means the product is used and returned. The same returned product they selled us. they are not agreeing either for exchange or amount refund. please solve the issue at the earliest............
we need the support at the earliest

You're making SERIOUS allegations that your comments do NOT support.
The so-called Born On date is the date the PC was manufactured. It is not unusual for a PC to sit in a warehouse or on a store shelf for MONTHS before someone actually buys it. Simply because it was built in 2018 and you bought in tin 2019 does NOT make it USED equipment!
