I cannot install camera or HP Cloud Recovery Too my hp laptop HP Spectre x360 - 15-bl000na

product ID is not match or invalid. check the "I need to enter product ID for my HP system" and manually fill ID IN.

I did every thing i asked but it's not works.

We do not work for or represent HP, and no one is obliged to answer questions--especially if no one knows what the answer may be.

 

The reason the cloud recovery tool doesn't recognize your PC as being supported is because HP withdraws support for the cloud recovery tool after the PC reaches 5 years of age.

 

So the only way to reinstall Windows is to use the Microsoft media creation tool.

 

As far as the camera not working, I wouldn't be able to help you with that.

 

You posted that you are running W11 on your notebook.

 

Perhaps the camera doesn't work on W11 since your notebook does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements.
