Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I cannot turn on my laptop even if i already press the on button,i need to plug in the charger first then only that time it will be on,and actually the laptop not runnng out of battery its full chargering..

Please run the following tool to check:

You may have to replace its battery or can get to the following situation
