i forgot my bios password and he gave me this code [i  54683296]

We are not allowd to supply BIOS password. Please contact HP directly.

As of March 1st, 2019, HP has directed that we no longer assist forum members with providing unlock passcodes, the reaon being that we cannot ensure the privacy of individuals, nor can we verify proof of PC ownership, of which both statements are correct.

 

Sorry, but we are now and forever out of business in that area of forum support.
