Hi @abdurahmanmoa,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry, but unfortunately, it's not possible to increase the amount of video RAM (VRAM) on a computer or laptop if it's not upgradeable. VRAM is a dedicated memory on your graphics card that is used to store the images and textures that are rendered on your screen.
The amount of VRAM is determined by the graphics card hardware, and it cannot be increased by software changes alone. If your computer has an integrated graphics card, the amount of VRAM is shared with the system RAM and can be adjusted through the BIOS settings.
However, if you have a dedicated graphics card, the VRAM is fixed and cannot be increased beyond the maximum capacity of the graphics card. You may need to upgrade your graphics card to get more VRAM, but this is not always possible or practical.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
