It's not listed on the HP support page - see Here.

 

You could download and run the Windows 7 upgrade adavisor from Microsoft on the link below to see if there are actually any issues preventing the upgrade.

Probably way too late, but I happened to stumble on this one, YES you can, I have 2 of them, 1 on W7 and 1 on W10, running as good as one could expect!
