i have a problem showing Unknown Driver for my HP 2760P. Then I go to the specific driver and it shows: usb\vid_138A&PID_003c\0030AA795840. How can I get the driver? Also my PC runs very slow. Is this because of that?

Hi:
You need this driver for that device...
This package contains the driver that enables the Validity Fingerprint Sensor in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The fingerprint sensor scans fingerprints for use with biometric security applications.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp58501-59000/sp58900.exe
You will have to manually install the driver after you run the exe file.
Go to the device manager and click on the unknown device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp58900.
Make sure that the Include Subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.
Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the ID you posted...

[Manufacturer]
[Validity.NTamd64]
%VfsUsbDeviceName003c%=Biometric_Install, USB\VID_138A&PID_003c
I highly doubt that missing driver is the cause of your notebook running very slow and since that problem could be anything, I recommend that you start a new discussion on that because I wouldn't be of help to you to fix it.
