Product: HP ProBook 445R G6 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Right after i install windows 10 the power-on authentication stop working. The computer doesn't recognize my fingerprint or my password anymore. I've tried all the possible hotkeys and pressing esc or f10 but nothing seems to work. is there anyway I can access to the computer or delete this feature? can I login into the hp client security manager through another computer? Any solution to move forward the power-on authentication? the password is right but it gives me error.... is so strange
