Thanks for reaching out. Regarding your request for the SMC.bin file, I wanted to let you know that this specific file is classified as a restricted service tool. It is designed to be used only by HP Onsite Technicians or Authorized Service Providers.

Because of this security policy, we cannot provide the file directly to users here on the forum
