hello my name is eddy joe and my laptop is kinda weak i have battery error 601 and my battery percentage  aint going up from 0% may i pls get help?

Normally error 601 for main battery means It's time to replace battery. Before that, please try sections of battery on:

 

          https://support.hp.com/lt-en/help/diagnostics?category=computing
