I gave my laptop to my son to watch YouTube but I forgot to tell him what my password was and he did the following (restarted the laptop and pressed F11 and did a factory restart because the Because the laptop had Windows 10 and he said it took 3 hours in factory restart mode so he closed the laptop and opened it again and then the HP logo started appearing and then the laptop turned off and restarted It became like a loop. I tried to reinstall Windows 10 via flash or a disk. It tries to load Windows, but the HP logo appears and the loop process continues. I tried to change the BIOS to Legacy Mode, but the issue continued..I ended up installing an old version of Windows 7 just so I can use it, but when I turn off the laptop normally, a blue screen appears, so I have to turn it off directly with the power button. So I need help. .Or get the BIOS file so I can update it in the hope that I can install Windows 10 normally.
