Product: HP Pavilion 15 p001tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After sometime due to some issue in Windows 10's Settings app, desperately I had to reset that Windows 10 with keeping files. After resetting, I found that the programs that pre-loaded with factory-reset were gone, like Energy Star, many CyberLink programs, HP Support Assistant, and even HP Recovery Manager, etc. 

how can i got this software again...

Sounds like you selected a fully Reset. Please download from the following link first:
