im using hp laptop and window 11, my problem is that my screen record does not saved on the screen record file and i cannot find them

      • Xbox Game Bar: Open Settings > Gaming > Captures and check where the recordings are set to be saved. The default folder is usually C:\Users[YourUsername]\Videos\Captures.
      • Third-Party Apps: Check their settings for the save location or default folder.

 

2. Search for the File

  • Use the Windows Search bar:
    • Click the search icon (magnifying glass) on the taskbar.
    • Type the name or file extension (e.g., ".mp4") of your screen recording.
    • Look for recently created files and check their location.

 

3. Check for File Permissions or Errors

  • Sometimes, files may fail to save due to permissions issues:
    • Ensure the folder where the screen recording is supposed to save has proper write permissions:
      • Right-click the folder, select Properties > Security, and check if your account has "Write" access.

 

4. Confirm Recording Process

  • If the recording process didn't complete properly:
