Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

hi im trying to rest my laptop and it say about i have to delete some falile to make space so it can rest. but the problem is i forgot my password so that why im try to do a factory rest but its not let me because its saying i need to make space in my files so it can.  do y'all how to do it anther way to do it or help me.
