Hi @MuminKAHVECI,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're trying to access Microsoft Office 365 on your Victus by HP 15.6" Gaming Laptop, and I’ll be happy to help clarify things.
Most HP laptops — including Victus models — come with a pre-installed trial version of Microsoft Office 365 (typically a 1-month trial). Unless a full version or product key was purchased separately, the system will not include a permanent Office 365 license.
Here's What You Can Do:
1. Check if Office Was Purchased
Please take a moment to:
- Check the laptop’s original box or packaging — sometimes the key is printed on a sticker inside.
- Review your purchase invoice or email confirmation — it might mention “Microsoft Office 365 – 1 Year” or similar if it was bundled.
- If you bought Office as part of a bundle, the key would be sent to:
- Your Microsoft account (linked during setup), or
- Your email address was used at the time of purchase.
📌 If Office was not listed in your invoice or packaging, then your device likely came only with the trial version.
2. Check Your Microsoft Account
- Visit Sign in
- Sign in with the Microsoft account you used when first setting up the device.
- If a valid Office license is linked, you’ll find it there under “Subscriptions.”
I hope this helps.
Take care, and have an amazing day!
