greetings,

 

I got a problem with my notebook. The notebook is a HP 15bs117nb with a intel 8th Gen 8550u processor.

The data spec. from this notebook cleare indicate I could be able to activate the Turbo Boost Technologie  in my BIOS. Sounds great, if this would be seen in my BIOS. I surched my BIOS settings but there is no indication from it.  

Evenso there should be 8GB RAM but there is only 4GB. 

This is a problem. Since I soon will start to work with Sketchup Pro 2023.

How can I make sure that my BIOS knows the setting of the Turbo Boost  Technologie?

2. RAM: It should have 8GB, why only 4GB I don't know. Where did you buy your machine ? You have to talk with the vendor.
