Hello, I hope you can help me, a few days ago I wanted to reinstall my hp laptop 15-dw3000 through a USB, I deleted all the partitons using the installation wizard, I created them again, with 2 main disks, one where the Windows, and the other the remaining space, apart from the other automatically created partitions, such as Recovery, System... the installation completed successfully, then when it restarted, it went from the hp logo screen to the following error:
"iaStorAfs.sys file is missing, error code 0xc0000098"
I have tried to repair the error using cmd (bcdedit) and related methods to try to solve the problem but it keeps happening, I have tried with other images and versions of old or modern Windows 10 and the same problem continues, and also with Windows 11.

Hi:
I suggest you use the HP cloud recovery tool on another PC to reinstall Windows.
See this related discussion for how to find the exact product number of your notebook so you can use the cloud recovery tool.

The product number you posted reveals over 50 different individual 15-dw3xxx notebooks.

iastore is an intel driver that is use with Intel's Rapid Storage Technology (RST) and Optane memory.
Did you recently replace Optane memory with an SSD so you could put windows on the SSD?
If you do not have Optane memory go into the BIOS setup and change RST to AHCI. Is is possible this feature is missing. Look in the SATA or VMD setup. Just guessing as I do not have your HP model and cannot find a bios simulator
There have been a number of bios revisions. F.56 supports Winl10 22h2, F.63 supports Win11 22h2, Make sure you have one of these and not older versions
