Necesito los discos o imagen iso para recuperar mi portatil Modelo 15-da0039la el cual no permite de manera local hacer un reseteo de fabrica da error de Bios la cual ya se actualiza

Cree USB con Windows 10 realizó el proceso pero cuando termina la primera parte luego al reiniciar el equipo parte de manera automática como si apretara F11 y así se queda en loop

Accedí para reinstalar Windows 10

Al momento de reiniciar saque pendrive

Luego arroja error 0xc000098

No me permite con F10 acceder al Bios el cual lo actualice bajando de la página de HP

Es decir trato de instalar Windows y al reiniciar da error, cambie hdd, memoria y nada me da solución
