instalacion de windows 11 pero no detecta los drivers RST de la pagina oficial de controladores

tengo un problema, tengo el hp envy x360 convert 15-ed1031nr (544r5ua) sn **bleep** el computador tenia windows 11 y le fui a instalar una copia limpia y no reconoce el disco duro cuando trato de instalarle una copia de windows 11, apenas la baje ahora marzo 16 2024 pero aunque voy a la parte de drivers de la pagina web oficial y descargo los .exe y saco los archivos con 7zip o trato de instalar el controlador pero coloco el archivo como si lo fuera a instalar en la memoria usb, y pues asi extraje los archivos y aunque he descargado todas las versiones en el apartado de RST rapid Storage y etc.. pues fue imposible con todas las versiones de poder detectar el disco duro m2 la verdad trate con windows 10 y con windows 11 y nada, si alguien sabe le agradeceria muchisimo.

I have zipped the latest IRST driver up and attached it below.

Copy all of the files in both folders in the attached file to a USB flash drive.

Have the flash drive and your Windows installation media plugged into USB ports.

Boot from the Windows installation flash drive.

When you get to the screen where no drives can be found, click on the Load driver option, browse to the flash drive with the storage controller drivers on it.

If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.

Click Next, and hopefully Windows will find the drive and install.

gracias  por ayudarme, pero ya hice lo que me dijiste y cuando cargo los controladores me sale no new devices drivers were found.make sure the installation media contains the correc drivers, and then click ok,  no se porque no lo reconoce y ya corri diagnostico de hp y dice que esta bien el disco duro no se que podra ser pero gracias la ayuda,creo que lo que paso es que como tenia bit locker yo entre por comandos y formatie el disco a ntfs y probablemente hice algo mal haciendo eso. ahora estoy pensando en pasar el disco a otro computador y formatearlo y volver a ponerlo alli depronto sea el portatil., si lo resuelvo te dejo saber pero enserio gracias.

I'm surprised that didn't work.

Did you try making a bootable recovery drive with the HP cloud recovery tool?

If not, I recommend you do that first before removing the drive.

Use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came the PC.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
