Hello @erMukul
Welcome to the HP Support forum. Thank you for posting.
You need to boot in the BIOS (F10), go to "Advanced" tab > Boot options. You need to disable Secure Boot option, enable (check) Legacy mode support and save the changes. Exit the BIOS saving the changes.
More info >> https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03736054
When the Kali Linux media is created (e.g. USB drive), plug it in and during boot press the Esc/F9 button to load from the Kali Linux device.

Thank you for your update. I am sorry that it didn't work.
- please review this video from begging to minute 2:00 >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16sIBUPrPAk
- ensure you enter BIOS,
- uncheck and disable Secure Boot
- configure-check the boot menu to be Legacy
- disable Fast Startup
Everything is shown as an example fro 0:00 to 2:00, but you need to configure is that way (disable Secure Boot Legacy boot mode enabled, disabled/unchecked Fast Start up). Save your changes and exit the BIOS.
Make sure your flash drive is correctly configured and written. If you use Windows 10 to write the images, please ensure you have no security software to block or interfere with the process. Use Rufus > https://rufus.akeo.ie/
Create MBR file system for BIOS and UEFI, FAT32, 16kilobytes cluster,
select "Create bootable disk using : ISO image"
Select the Kali or the Ubuntu image (ISO file)
Continue
When ready, plug in your flash drive into the PC.
Shut down the PC
Power the computer back on.
As soon as you press the power-on button, immediately begin hitting the Esc button (like tap-tap-tap) before any logo appears. This should open a HP Startup Menu
Choose F9 to open Boot menu
Select your USB drive - it should be there and selected
If Ubuntu or Kali still fail to open, please try using a different USB pen drive.
Alternatively, post again in the Ubuntu or Kali forums/communities for suggestions from their side.
Hope this works for you 🙂
