my laptop is 2016 manufactured. i want to image my window 10 in USB flash disk by hp cloud recovery tool. but when I entered my product id then every time message on the screen is that your product id is invalid. so tell me the solution for this problem or any other method to image my window in USB flash player

Your notebook is not supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.
You can clean install W10 for free by making bootable installation media with the media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After W10 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
A good indicator for determining if your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool is to see if there is a Cloud recovery tool info link on the driver page.
As you can see on your notebook's support page, no such link exists.
This is what you find when a PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.
If you want recovery media vs a free W10 clean install, you will have to purchase recovery media which HP no longer sells.
This is the only place that I know of where you can buy recovery media when HP no longer sells it.
