irst letter is not typed sometimes, randomly and the touchpad arraw freeze randomly

Since I bought and install windons 11 23H2 on this machine I had these problems with it. 

Randomly:

1 - doesn`t tipe first letter when I start typing in a box, office, Edge, Chrome, other software I use and is soooo annoying that I would return it immediatly if I wouldn`t use it to do my job and can`t return it;

2 - freeze the mouse (touchpad) arraw randomly and I have to lift my finger from the touchpad and touch it again to unlock it

3.- and, the newest symptom is that I can move the mouse arrow (touchpad) on the screen but the mouse click does not work.

Please help me before you`ll see on youtube a hammer impact test of an HP Probook 450 G9, video with which I will get my money out of my laptop if I put the title of this post.

Now I use an external HP wireless keyboard and mouse and everything works great. So it's the HP laptop keyboard and touchpad that's having problems, not Windows?!
