I tried to go to HP windows download drivers for HP Support and to contact HP on 5/12/2022 (even when it didn't say it was down anymore) and the pages kept staying on loading screen probably far beyond 10 minutes. Are they down? I want to check to see if I can check for new drivers and for support. Assistant tells me to go to the driver page, and I think I should contact support, but i cannot access those pages. I basically can only access assistant today.

If not working, you could try a different browser or clean the cache of the browser you are using. I did notice some difficulty with the pages yesterday, but they seem to be working fine again.

Yeah, I did find that the driver page is working. However, I have a more recent driver. It is signed by Microsoft, so I don't know if it is from the HP site. The HP one is from the beginning of December, and mine is from December 22nd. 

I also found something called TAP Windows adapter v9, which Assistant reset. This seems like it keeps being reset if I have a VPN enabled. I might have to find some setting for that if using a VPN. I think this "VPN Driver" is what disconnects me from the internet. But I am not sure whether the December 22nd driver, or early December driver is the correct one for my network adapter.

 

i would like to ask if you had any trouble with the support chat option? i have tried to use it, and when i click "submit," it deletes all my data, and then makes me enter it again. it is like the option doesn't work.

wow, i noticed this is my topic, and i found tonight this driver page has probably been stuck on the loading screen for probably 10 minutes or more. Any known reason why? i had even tried the first browser probably for 5 minutes (after it said it would take 3 minutes max), then went to the second browser. I would appreciate some kind of explanation. Twitter support told me to take screenshots. i am taking screenshots of errors on my laptop, and available drivers.
