Hi:

 

If your PC has a TPM 2.0 security device, the Celeron N 4000 processor it has is supported for W11, according to the list at the link below.

@SSShaymar -- Launch the "Windows Update" app. Below the list of updates that it recommended to install, what does it report, e.g., "ready for Windows 11" or "not compatible" ?
