Hi @burhan21,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding laptop!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

First, try alternative screenshot methods. Press Windows + PrtScn to save a screenshot in the Pictures > Screenshots folder. You can also try Fn + PrtScn, as some HP laptops need only these two keys. Another option is using Windows + Shift + S to open the Snipping Tool for selecting a specific area.

Next, check your keyboard functionality by testing the Fn key and PrtScn key in another function, like volume control or pasting text. Restart the laptop and try again.

To enable Print Screen in Windows settings, press Win + I to open Settings, navigate to Accessibility > Keyboard, scroll down to "Use the Print Screen key to open screen snipping," and toggle it on. Restart your laptop and try taking a screenshot again.

Update your keyboard drivers by right-clicking Start, selecting Device Manager, expanding Keyboards, right-clicking Standard PS/2 Keyboard, and choosing Update driver. Restart your laptop and check if the shortcut works.

Let me know if you need more help! 😊
