@RNG_rolo, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Blue Screen Issues!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your HP laptop. The Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) can be caused by a variety of factors, including software errors, hardware malfunctions, or driver issues. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the problem:

Troubleshooting Blue Screen Issues

Check for Software Updates:

  • Ensure your operating system is up to date. Sometimes, outdated software can cause conflicts leading to blue screens.

Update Drivers:

  • Visit HP's official website and make sure you have the latest drivers for your hardware, especially graphics, audio, and network drivers.

Run a Hardware Diagnostic:

  • Use HP's built-in diagnostic tools to check for hardware issues. You can usually access this by pressing F2 or F12 during startup.

Check for Corrupted Files:

  • Run a file system check to detect and repair corrupted files. You can do this by using the command chkdsk /f in Command Prompt.

Uninstall Recent Software:

  • If the problem started after installing new software, try uninstalling it to see if the issue resolves.

Perform a Clean Boot:

  • This can help identify if background applications are causing the issue. Search for “System Configuration” in Windows and choose "Selective Startup" to disable certain applications and services.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
