Product: HP Laptop PC 17-by4000 (18B36AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just bought this laptop from a friend of mine and get it home and power it on only to find I'm stuck on a little blue box that says "enter admin password or power on password." I have no clue what it is my friend says it's never done this before and also has no clue what it is... I've tried getting the unlock code from biosbug.com but none of them work. System disable code is AE3D8E19A. Please help!
