Hello, i was wondering if anyone could help me

I have a hp Chromebook.

Model: 14-db0003n2

The problem is my keyboard is completely not broken, when I tap on a key it either doesn't show anything or multiple characters come up.

I've asked multiple people to see if they could help and they've all to factory reset it too which I did and have done multiple times but its still not working.

i am able to get into the computer and 'browse as a guest' so I have tried to see if there is anything I can do in settings but nothing has worked

it says I can download an update which I was hoping might bring things back but I needed to connect to the WIFI which was impossible to do with the keyboard.

There is nothing else wrong with the laptop so I want to get it fixed as it was my daughters.
