Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I am going really crazy, but one after another key falls of my notebook! I bought it 2 years ago. Not happy. 

How can HP help me within my garantee or any other suitable solution? ?

HP provides no guarantees -- so if you are expecting free service, that is not going to happen.


They provide a 12-month warranty -- against equipment failures -- but if your PC is older than that, they will not service it.

 

If you had bought extended service, you would know that and have the contacts for that.
