Product: hp pavilion dv 9000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I   have  downloaded  and installed  Samsung kies   but  when I  try  to  use it    it doesnt  connect,   i think it can not  load  the drivers  I have  downloaded it  onto my  other windows  7   laptop  successfully

You can differ all you want -- it does not change the situation that we do not have the resources to debug Samsung software.

This is just a self-help Support Community staffed mostly by volunteers.


We have no capability for debugging problems with third-party (i.e., non-HP) applications.


For help with KIES issues, you have to contact Samsung.

I beg to differ    the fact that  the exact   download  works on my  other HP  laptop  proves  Samsungs  download is  OK  there is  probably something amiss  with   this     software

after  uninstalling  and  reinstalling  Kies  and  drivers  fro an alternative  source  its  up and running    cheers
