Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Everytime i turn on my laptop, it either gets to the home page or log in page, it just brings up the blue loading ring..i even left it for a couple of hours to see and it was still doing the same. Been looking on this pages for a couple of days now and tried it all with which buttons to press etc but it's literally not letting me do anything, other than turn it off! I have a dissertation due in two weeks time so I'm getting so stressed with it 😞 please help!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the black screen issue. 

 

Please try these steps - HP PCs - Computer Does Not Start 

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
