HP probook 450 5G

My laptop makes these weird scratchy/static noise from time to time. I think it's the ventilation, but is it normal that it makes that sound so often?  It's really annoying, so i want to find a way to stop this.

Thanks in advance!

Noise issue is likely from one of three sources: HDD,  a fan (power, system, processor), or a removable disk drive (CD,DVD, BluRay). You'll have to provide more context to when such noise occurs. They are all replaceable, but it's a hardware problem. You'll need to have it serviced.
