I can’t find the laptop model x16-96095 on the HP website in order to download drivers.
More information that is on the sticker on the bottom of the laptop:

584037-251,
00198-739-904-721
I can’t turn on the laptop, there is only information on this sticker.

I see the problem. That label is just the Microsoft Windows 7 product information

Do you have a Microsoft Account? If you do then possibly this laptop is listed as a device.

I cannot use any of the number you supplied. The product ID needs to be 7 characters.
