HP Recommended

So i had my laptop for about 2 years. a while ago i didn’t use it for a while and now when i turn it on put my password and try clicking on something like google chrome, it loads and then takes me to a black screen and then back to the home screen and the goes on and off of the black screen and home screen. so basically i can’t click on anything or it goes to the black screen. i had spilled some soda on the keyboard a while ago but it was working fine months later. i don’t know what to do.
