laptop password problem

I cannot supply that administrator password at sign in because the only sign-in options that appear are fingerprint or PIN code and PIN code is only numeric (all the other keyboard keys are inoperable) whereas the administrator password I set in bios is in numberformat.

Coincidently, I cannot try my microsoft account password either at sign-in because (a) I only have the fingerpint or PIN code options appear and (b) because it is alpha-numeric as opposed to just being numeric so cannot be entered.
