Hello HP team, I hope all I well!

 

I sent my laptop for repair over 2+ months ago and have still not received it back with no clear resolution provided.

 

I have contacted support 10+ times to each be told it will be escalated and to wait but no matter what not one progression towards a resolution has to made to me.

 

As I require the laptop back for business, I’m wondering can you provide a solution!

thank you for replying to my post!  

I appreciate your support however unfortunately the resolution suggestion you provided being to contact the HP support number to speak with a live agent is the means of support I have been reaching out to for the last month with still no resolution provided!

Everyone is super kind on the phone but I have spoken to a live agent every week for the last 2 months and every single time they either give me a different case update or escalate the case to a superior and promise I will be contacted with a solution by the end of day - yet still so far no one has provided any viable solution as to the actual return status of my laptop or the option for a replacement to be issued. I hope you understand and thanks again 🙂
