Hi @Kay781423,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your laptop!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

1. Restart Your Laptop

  • Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve the issue. Press and hold the power button until the laptop powers off. Wait for a few seconds, and then power it back on.

2. Perform a Hard Reset

  • Disconnect any external devices (USB drives, printers, etc.).
  • Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds to ensure the laptop is completely powered off.
  • Remove the power cord (and battery if possible), then press and hold the power button for a few seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord (and battery), then turn on the laptop.

3. Use Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE)

  • Boot into Safe Mode:
    1. Turn off your computer.
    2. Turn it back on and immediately press the F11 key repeatedly until the Windows Recovery Environment appears.
    3. Navigate to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart.
    4. On the Startup Settings screen, press F4 to boot into Safe Mode.
  • Run System Restore:
    1. In the WinRE, go to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > System Restore.
    2. Follow the on-screen instructions to restore your system to a previous point.

4. Run Diagnostics

  1. Turn off the laptop.
  2. Turn it on and immediately press the F2 key repeatedly until the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI menu appears.
  3. Run the System Tests to check for hardware problems.

5. Repair Windows using Installation Media

  1. On a working computer, download the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool from the Microsoft website.
  2. Create a bootable USB drive.
    1. Insert the bootable USB drive into your HP Pavilion x360.
    2. Turn on your laptop and immediately press the ESC key repeatedly to open the Startup Menu.
    3. Press F9 to open the Boot Device Options menu.
    4. Select the USB drive and press Enter to boot from it.
    5. Select your language preferences and click "Next".
    6. Click "Repair your computer" in the lower-left corner.
    7. In the WinRE, go to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Repair.
    8. Follow the on-screen instructions.

I hope this helps.
