hi im currently having a problem where  if i unplug my pc it immediately turns off  my laptop currently has a built in battery . ive tried several methods listed such as going into device manager. checking battery in uefi diagnostic which  i passed etc. at times the pc will run  when on battery and at other times shut off i honestly dont know what to do or what other method to try plz help

Suggest you follow these directions to use PowerShell to generate a battery report:

1) Press Windows key + X
2) Click Powershell in the menu
3) Type powercfg /batteryreport

This will generate a report and if you scroll down, you will see Design Capacity and Full Charge Capacity ratings.

 

The Full Charge Capacity should be about 100% of the Desing Capacity.

 

If it is not, then report back what it shows.

oh nvm the current design capacity is 33,277 mWh and the full charge capacity is  33,277 mwh
