HP has been unimaginably frustrating during the process of trying to get my laptop repaired. I have now sent it to the HP service center 3 separate times and every time it comes back the issue is not resolved. They have replaced the motherboard two separate times and it did not work. I was told if HP approved the request to have it junked out, then I would get credit for a new laptop, but instead of doing that they just keep trying to do the same thing that does not fix the problem. I have been out of a laptop for months and am behind in work due to HP not properly resolving my problem. I sent it out the first time over a month before the warranty expired, and at this point it is expired and it truly feels like HP wants to drag it out so that I have to pay full price for a new laptop. I’m honestly so pissed off. I’ve tried calling customer support and sitting on a call for hours and I was told I need to purchase additional equipment to repair it, which should not be my responsibility if it’s been to the service center this many times. I would not recommend buying HP laptops because clearly when there’s an issue no one cares enough to actually fix it they just want to take your money.

Hi @caitlincc,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to assist you.
I'm sorry you're dealing with such a frustrating experience—it’s unacceptable for a product repair process to drag on for so long without resolution, especially when you’ve taken all the right steps within your warranty period. Your situation highlights several serious service issues, and it’s important to address them effectively.
