Product: hp pavilion dv6t 6100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I started up my laptop and it started to slow down and freezes, then crashes. sometimes I'll get the blue screen. I ran a cleaner program and that didn't work. so I did a recovery form a previous date and that didn't work either. any help would be appreciated!

Sounds like the hard drive may be failing. Have you run any Diagnostics? Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This will open a menu where F2 System Diagnostics is an option. Tap F2 key and run the tests.

If you don't have F2 Diagnostics, tap F10 to enter BIOS and look for Diagnostics in there.
