Hi,
You are stuck on update screen while installing windows update.
You need to recover your earlier edition to fix this issue.
Solution 1
- Shut down your notebook.
- Press f11 repeatedly until you don't see recovery screen as soon as you press the power button.
- Select Troubleshoot.
- Select Advanced options
- Select Start-up repair.
- Follow onscreen instructions.
Solution 2:
- Follow step 1, 2,3and 4 from solution 1.
- Select System Restore.
- Select the latest system restore point.
- Follow on-screen instructions.
Solution 3:
- Follow steps 1,2 and 3 from solution 1.
- Depending on your edition of windows you may see different options.
- If you see Reset this PC click on it and tick keep personal files then follow on screen instructions.
- If you see two options then select Refresh this PC and follow on scren instructions.
