I have HP PAVILION GAMING 15 EC 1023 AX. Few months ago, my laptop started to shut down suddenly. I didn't know what cause was. I thought something had happened and I tried to start it. But when I pressed the power button the charging light started to blink white, and sound came from laptop and laptop not started. I thought battery is died so I plugged in and again pressed power button. But same thing happened. A sound came from laptop and turned off. So, I unplugged laptop and decided to let it for hour and after hour it started. At that time this happens once in a while, so I ignored it. But after some time, it started to happen 3-5 times a week, so I decided to show it on Croma from where I purchased my laptop. They said if updates are not installed properly, it happens. So, they took laptop and recovered windows 10 from my recovery drive which was given to me because of warranty extension. After that it worked fine, but now same problem has started again. And yes, while my laptop suddenly shutdowns, charging which was 90% is now showing 60% and starts draining faster and faster. Within few minutes it shows 15%. My laptop is not overheating. So, I don't know what the cause is. I don't know what to do now.
