Product: elitebook 2570p

Hi - any help appreciated.  My laptop has just refused to boot or charge the battery.  Got a message battery low even though charger plugged in.  After powering down would not boot.  

 

- Have tried removing battery and power cable and holding power button to remove static - no effect

- tried battery only and no power cable plugged in - battery light flashes red and white but will not boot

- tried removing battery and just power cable plugged in - nothing shows on battery light until power button pressed then get 10 white flashes then goes out but will not boot

- checked power supply with multimeter and shows 19.4 v output (should be 19v)

- tried disconnecting keyboard before trying to boot - no difference

 

Any suggestions please
