HP Recommended
Product: HP 14-dq0000 Laptop PC (9WQ76AV)

Product name : HP Laptop 14-dq0xxx
when i plug in the external hard drive, it does not show on explorer.  I cannot access the external storage.

i have had microsoft support and they found no solution.

HP will not help because my laptop is one month out of warranty.

 

please help, if someone has had similar issue.
