Hello, my name is Ms. Howard I brought a HP laptop at a Pawn Shop about 2 year ago. It was working fine back then, so I haven't used the laptop in years because I couldn't fine the charger for it. Last March 9,2025 I found the charger and I put it on the. charger and cut it on and this messages pop up on the screen.
