hello i accidentally turned off the legacy support from boot menu , now i cant even get into boot menu to change it os is not reading stuck at the same screen please do help now i cant even install using a usb ! how to turn on legacy back please help

There was a warning in the BIOS that said that this could could happen.
If you turned off legacy support you should still be able to setup the disk as UEFI and that was the default.
Is the USB installation drive formatted as MBR or UEFI?
Are you using the HP Cloud recovery?
That will make the difference in being able to reinstall the OS by use of the USB installer.

You have disabled Legacy Boot in BIOS Setup. You can enable it again in the BIOS Setup.
As soon as you press the power button on the hp laptop, keep on pressing F10 key & you will enter the BIOS Setup.
