Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Notebook - 15-ay027ng there was an auto Windows update when lap top restarted it shows that Something Happened and your PIN is not available Click to reset your PIN again. But clicking that does nothing. I have tried to reset the password that also cannot be changed on the windows log on page,I have considered getting into the HP Start up up page to change the password but I don't remember if it's F8 F4 or what it is I haven't done that for quite a while. I need to get this lap top working today I cannot afford to take it in for repair for something I can do my self.
