I downloaded the 4-in-1 diagnostic tool sp139757, labeled april 2022. At the end of creating the usb stick, the text asks for four other softpaq's,named:
sp105878 (2017)
sp105879 (2018/19)
sp112026 (2020 or 2021
These three i have found and downloaded, the new one sp139758 i can't found. I there anyone who has this file and is willing to give it to me? much obliged, Bennie

Thx Paul, I'm very grateful for youranswer and download link. While the usb stick is being made at this very moment, I would ask you, if you are aware of a step by step handout to bring the build of the key to the correct end. As you know one must add to the usb after sp139757 still 4 other sp's , 2026, 5879, 5878 and the new one 9758.. how is that procedure for adding them 4 files exactly?. Or dou you know a place/link where a complete tool can be downloaded to a usb-stick.?
I have 2 laptops doing nothing after bios update, forced by the laptop, but with disasterous consequences: A Zbook 15 G3 and a Probook 650 G3 are rattling and blowing the fans at max, and thats it! I hope that this tool bring back my laps. Much obliged for your help now and in more answers on this site. Gr Beniie, Holland

You're very welcome, Bennnie:
Unfortunately, I could not find any tutorial on how to create the 4 in 1 diagnostics key.
I do not know of any other place you can get that software but from the HP diagnostics link.
There is this older version, but I don't know if it works the same way.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp118001-118500/sp118364.exe
The last time I made the diagnostics key was a long time ago and it was called the 3 in 1 key.
I do not recall having to install additional softpaqs to build the 3 in 1 key.
